Pricing

At checkout, enter your promotional code in the
discount bar and click "apply". Note: only one code may be redeemed
per order. Promotional codes must be applied at the point of checkout and may
not be added after the purchase has been made.
  

Returns

Please refer to our return policy page to ensure
your return meets the criteria.
  

If you would like to return your item for a
different size please state this in your return form. Note: if we are currently
out of stock for the size you would like to return we will process your request
and issue you store credit.
  

Shipping

We ship to customers in the following countries : United States of America, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, Hong Kong, Ireland.

All orders placed Monday-Friday will be packaged
and shipped within 2-4 business days after the order has been placed. It
typically takes 2-5 business days to receive your order once it has been
shipped.
  

If you realize you would like to make a change
on your order you have placed please contact us immediately at (443)-975-2178
or connect@theallycatwalk.com. If the order has already been
packaged and shipped we will not be able to modify or cancel it. We will do our
best to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience and apologize for any
inconvenience.
  

Great Question! If you have any pre-order products inside of your cart then your entire order will not be shipped out of the warehouse until we have the pre-ordered product in stock. If you wish to have your other items shipped out separately of the pre-order products then give us message and we will make it happen (extra shipping fee's will apply) !
